And so, we continue enriching our unique BP identity. **Responsibilities and Duties** The **Young Apprentice Program** offers an incredible opportunity for young people who wish to develop and begin their career in the labor market. For 1 year and 4 months, you will experience theoretical training with ESPRO and practical activities across BP departments, plus the chance to participate in internal selection processes to increase your chances of permanent hiring.
