Job Summary: Civil maintenance professional responsible for general repairs, basic plumbing, and technical support, adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with quality and safety standards **Responsibilities:** * Perform civil maintenance services, including masonry, finishing, installation of wall tiles and other cladding materials, and repairs to floors and walls; * Carry out minor demolitions, mortar preparation, plastering, and building painting; * Conduct basic plumbing maintenance, such as replacing floor drains, traps, valves, and repairing hydraulic and sanitary piping; * Clean gutters and maintain roofs; * Assemble, mount, fix, and adjust various items (e.g., picture frames, brackets, trash bins, partitions); * Support maintenance technicians in operational activities, contributing to service execution; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Comply with quality, occupational safety, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Prior experience in civil or building maintenance; * Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, and minor repairs. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
