If you are passionate about technology and corporate systems, and want hands-on learning about ERP and integrations, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first-level support to **ERP Protheus** users, assisting with operational queries and basic incidents; * Perform ticket triage, categorization, and routing to ensure proper flow within the support queue; * Monitor the help desk ticket queue, tracking deadlines, SLAs, and priority levels defined by the department; * Support initial incident analysis related to integrations between the ERP and satellite systems (e.g., **WMS, TMS, MES, APIs**, etc.); * Assist analysts in problem investigation, evidence collection, and execution of validation tests; * Perform operational routines under supervision, such as database queries, data validations, and process verifications; * Support documentation of processes, procedures, and solutions, contributing to the department’s knowledge base; * Participate in functional testing for system enhancements and fixes; * Monitor logs, processing activities, and potential failures in automated routines and integrations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL); * Interest in ERP systems (preferred: academic or introductory exposure to Protheus); * Basic understanding of programming logic; * Familiarity with system integration concepts (APIs, files, etc.); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
