A Barback provides essential support to bartenders, ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized, with attention to detail and teamwork.

**Mission**
The Barback is responsible for providing essential support to bartenders and the Bar Manager, ensuring the bar remains well-stocked, clean, organized, and operates efficiently. This role requires organizational skills, teamwork ability, and attention to detail. The Barback must maintain a clean bar environment and ensure bartenders have everything needed to deliver excellent drinks.
**Daily Routine**
* Verify bar setup and organization prior to service;
* Ensure all utensils and tools are clean and ready;
* Inventory Check;
* Assess stock levels of beverages, ice, and other supplies;
* Notify bartenders regarding restocking needs;
* Bar Organization;
* Stock work areas with glasses, napkins, and other necessary items;
* Maintain a clean and tidy bar during service;
* Ingredient Preparation;
* Cut fruits, prepare garnishes, and organize cocktail ingredients;
* Ensure workstations are adequately stocked;
* Waste Management;
* Dispose of trash and empty bottles appropriately;
* Keep the waste disposal area clean and organized;
* Immediately report any issues or needs;
* Ensure orders are delivered to bartenders efficiently.
**Average Salary**
* CLT employment contract
* Salary: R$2,025.00 + tips
* Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (flexible availability)
