Ensures compliance with established collections procedures and policies, maintaining a respectful and collaborative approach with internal and external customers, aiming to maximize recoveries and revenue while reducing delinquency. * Contact customers with overdue payments. * Send emails and payment reminders. * Update account information and negotiate receivables. * Ensure collections procedures and training comply with company policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Basic Office suite proficiency; * Proactivity; * Organization; **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond.
