Responsibilities* Request materials from the warehouse via the Kanban system. * Receive materials issued by the warehouse, verifying conformity with the request (Production Order or Kanban). * Sort materials for product assembly according to the Production Order. * Assemble, disassemble, rework, install optional components, and test products per the Production Order, procedures, and work instructions. * Use soldering irons to solder electrical/electronic components. Use electric and/or pneumatic screwdrivers for assembling electronic boards. * Configure products using specific software. * Inspect finished products, ensuring quality at every stage of the production process. * Package produced items. * Ensure traceability throughout the process, identifying and segregating products within internal storage areas. * Record working hours in the ERP system following the Production Order’s operation routing. * Conduct inventory counts in production storage areas, counting parts and recording quantities. * Complete production reports. * Maintain organization, ensuring compliance with 5S requirements. Qualifications* Completed high school education * Soldering of electronic components, use of screwdrivers, assembly and inspection of electronic products.
