Job description We are looking for a dynamic Senior Solution Master Data (MDM) professional to strengthen our global Master Data IT team. You will be responsible for ensuring the coordination and delivery of data integration and management initiatives across global and local applications, guaranteeing stakeholder alignment, delivery quality, proper documentation, and on-time execution. Your experience in multicultural environments, data projects, and coordinating multiple initiatives will be essential! **Your key responsibilities:** * Ensure end-to-end coordination of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, ensuring alignment between global standards and local requirements across North and South America. * Act as the regional focal point for technical MDM topics, ensuring alignment between global and local IT and business teams. * Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, tracking schedules, dependencies, priorities, and deliverables. * Monitor and report initiative status—including progress, risks, issues, and action plans—to local and global stakeholders. * Identify project risks or deviations, assess impacts, and jointly propose solutions with the Solution Manager. * Actively contribute during the solution design phase, supporting the definition of technical approaches aligned with global guidelines. * Support and coordinate integration testing activities across systems and involved teams. * Ensure clear, up-to-date, and consistent documentation of solutions, technical decisions, and relevant discussions. * Organize and lead meetings and workshops with global and local stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment. * Coordinate project execution between local and global IT teams, in English and Portuguese. * Maintain structured and up-to-date project documentation, decisions, and solutions. * Balance execution of multiple small- and medium-sized initiatives within the global program. **Qualifications:** **Professional experience:** Senior level Solid experience coordinating projects in complex, multicultural, and global environments. Proven experience in data projects such as MDM, data architecture, data modeling, or data quality. Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders and regions, ensuring delivery alignment. **Technical skills (IT Skills):** \[Must] Experience in data projects (MDM, data architecture, data modeling, or data quality). \[Must] Knowledge of MDM solutions (Tibco EBX, SAP, Informatica). \[Must] Proven experience in project coordination and management of multiple stakeholders. \[Must] Excellent proficiency with office tools (PowerPoint and Excel) for reporting and analysis. \[Plus] Experience with back-office / front-office applications (SAP is a plus). \[Plus] Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). \[Plus] Experience with project and issue management tools (e.g., Jira). **Languages:** **Portuguese:** Fluent / Native. **English:** Fluent (mandatory). **Spanish:** A plus.
