Your daily responsibilities will include: * Developing advanced prospecting and qualification strategies, adapting approaches for different segments, personas, and strategic accounts. * Analyzing lead conversion and behavioral data, reporting KPIs, and proposing adjustments to optimize team performance. * Supporting the evolution of workflows, CRM rules, and integrations in collaboration with SalesOps and Sales Enablement. * Collaborating with Marketing to create segmented campaigns and sharing market feedback to refine messaging, content, and segmentation. * Actively contributing to the development and enhancement of prospecting playbooks, disseminating best practices and supporting the technical growth of the team. * Consistently achieving monthly targets while operating autonomously, critically, and with a sustainable results orientation. * Building your Individual Development Plan (IDP) and demonstrating continuous improvement in both technical and behavioral competencies. 2512100202181857301
