Act as a liaison between business, marketing, performance, and technology departments. **Opportunities for those who want to transform businesses and their careers!** --------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Desirable** • Experience in digital transformation or operational automation projects. • Basic knowledge of Python.### **Job Requirements** • We seek a Mid-Level Process Specialist with an analytical mindset, focus on operational efficiency, and experience in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and workflow automation methodologies. • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. • Lean Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt; Black Belt preferred). • Practical knowledge of BPMN, Bizagi, MS Project, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Experience in data and metrics analysis (Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL). • Hands-on experience in process automation and digital tools (Power Platform, TOTVS/Maxiprod ERPs, Trello, Notion, Monday).### **Your Responsibilities** • Serve as a liaison between business, marketing, performance, and technology departments, leading continuous process improvement and implementing solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and foster a performance-driven culture. • Map, review, and optimize end-to-end processes to ensure efficiency, standardization, and scalability. • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies in continuous improvement projects. • Gather and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with relevant departments. • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective action plans. • Support workflow automation and system integration (ERPs, Power Platform, etc.). • Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure effective project execution and improvement of critical processes. • Conduct training sessions and disseminate best practices in process management.### **It’s important to remember that...** At UDS, we hire competent people who are eager to transform using their knowledge.
