Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Java Tech Lead with experience in technical leadership, autonomy, systemic vision, and mature communication, acting as the technical focal point. Collaborative work with product vision and quality focus **Java Tech Lead – Hybrid (3 days/week) – South Zone/SP** ====================================================== We are looking for a **Java Tech Lead**, with experience in technical leadership and serving as a focal point. This is a strategic role requiring autonomy, systemic vision, mature communication, and the ability to navigate dynamic, complex, and high-responsibility environments.
