**Junior Developer (.NET / C\#) \- Location: Barueri\-SP.** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Format:** 100% Remote (occasional in-person attendance required at the Barueri office) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (daily schedule of 8 hours and 48 minutes) * **Salary:** R$ 3\. 655,00 * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (VR) R$ 35.45 per day, Health Insurance (co-payment plan), Transportation Allowance (VT), Food Allowance (VA) of $ 71.50 per month, Porto Seguro Dental Insurance, and Santander Life Insurance. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Maintain, debug, and enhance applications developed using **.NET Framework (ASP.NET MVC and Windows Forms)**. * Develop and optimize queries, tables, and routines in **SQL Server** databases. * Support the creation and maintenance of operational and managerial reports (using Reporting Services \- SSRS). * Assist in integrating with third-party systems by consuming or developing **Web APIs**. * Write and document code clearly, adhering to the team-defined architecture and business rules. * Use **Git** collaboratively for source code version control. **Requirements and Hard Skills** * Fluent Spanish proficiency is mandatory (will be tested); * Technical, technological, or undergraduate degree (currently pursuing or completed) in Information Technology fields (Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related areas). * Prior practical experience in system development, whether in professional settings, internships, or consistent academic projects. * Strong command of **programming logic and algorithms** (ability to solve problems using structured logical reasoning). * Preliminary knowledge (entry-level) of the Microsoft ecosystem: **.NET Framework (C\#), ASP.NET MVC, and Windows Forms**. * Familiarity with relational databases, specifically **SQL Server** (ability to write and understand structured queries). **Behavioral Profile We Expect** * **Organization and Punctuality:** Commitment to the daily 8-hour-and-48-minute work schedule, meeting deadlines, and strong accountability in a remote work environment. * **Attention to Detail:** Analytical and observant mindset, with ease and willingness to strictly follow project standards and team architecture. * **Willingness to Learn:** Proactive attitude toward acquiring knowledge, asking questions, and advancing technical skills.
