Here, you grow through hands-on experience — with autonomy, direct mentorship from partners, and participation in all stages of an M\&A transaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participation in all stages of an M\&A process; * Development and monitoring of business plans and valuations; * Preparation of marketing and financial materials; * Market analysis and sectoral research, including investor presentations; * Support in contract negotiations, discussion of transaction structures, and client prospecting; * Support to partners during negotiation and due diligence processes; * High exposure to partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Undergraduate student with graduation scheduled from July 2027 onward; * Advanced/Fluent English; * Strong analytical, communication, and proactive skills; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis; * Extracurricular/professional experience in finance is desirable; * Advantage: Fluent/Native Spanish. **Additional Information** * Internship allowance; * Meal voucher and/or food voucher; * Parking space or transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Full in-person availability required in the Faria Lima region. * Expected start date: **June 2026\.** In addition to the fixed compensation, our benefits package includes: * Monthly food allowance and/or meal voucher; * Health insurance with no co-payment, available starting at the analyst level; * Life insurance; * Garage space or transportation voucher; * Variable compensation, depending on area and position — comprising a portion based on your technical and behavioral performance, and another merit-based portion tied to the number of transactions successfully closed by you in collaboration with the team and project leaders.
