Job Summary: This role involves general assistance with bazaar operations, including pickup, organization, and public service, as well as administrative and marketing support. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with full bazaar routines 2. Public service and social media marketing 3. Administrative support and support to other departments * Assist with all bazaar routines; * Pickup donations for the bazaar using the institution's car/truck\-bongo; * Arrange and organize all received donations; * Inspect the bazaar to ensure everything is in order and remain vigilant for any suspicious activities; * Provide public service at the bazaar; * Assist with bazaar social media marketing; * Assist the Administrative Assistant as well as the Administrative Coordinator with all other administrative tasks; * Assist other departments of the Institute as needed; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.972,73 per month
