Job Summary: A parking attendant responsible for safely parking and maneuvering vehicles, organizing parking spaces, serving customers, and ensuring vehicle and personal safety as well as basic maintenance. Ensure the safety of vehicles and people Job Title: Parking Attendant Key Responsibilities: * Safely and efficiently park and maneuver vehicles in parking lots, garages, or other designated areas. * Organize and maintain order in parking spaces. * Receive, store, and return vehicle keys for customers or staff. * Perform basic vehicle cleaning and maintenance when necessary. * Serve and guide customers courteously and efficiently. * Maintain records and controls regarding vehicle movement and location. * Ensure the safety of vehicles and people during maneuvers. Required Qualifications: * Completed elementary education. * Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a parking attendant. * Valid driver's license, preferably Class D. * Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance. * Communication skills, courtesy, and customer service ability. * Attention to detail, agility, and responsibility in performing tasks. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: * Training courses in defensive driving and vehicle parking. * Basic knowledge of English or Spanish. * Experience in corporate or hospitality environments. Additional Information: \- Working Hours: 11:30 PM \- 2:48 AM and 4:06 AM \- 8:30 AM, under Shift Work Schedule (SWS).
