Job Summary: Execute, analyze, organize, and monitor routine contract administration activities, ensuring control over executed contracts and documentary compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Execute, analyze, organize, and monitor the concessionaire's contract administration routines, ensuring appropriate control over executed contracts, their validity periods, contractual obligations, measurements, amendments, adjustments, documentary pending items, and administrative records related to the lifecycle of instruments signed by the company. Contribute to contractual governance, information traceability, documentary compliance, internal departmental support, and continuous improvement of the concessionaire's contract management processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and monitor Contract Administration area routines, ensuring organization, documentary traceability, deadline compliance, and adherence to the concessionaire's internal workflows. * Manage contracts executed by the concessionaire, monitoring validity periods, deadlines, contractual milestones, obligations, ancillary documents, guarantees, insurance policies, adjustments, renewals, amendments, and other events related to the contractual lifecycle. * Monitor administrative execution of contracts, verifying agreed scopes, reciprocal obligations, mandatory documents, pending items, response deadlines, and other relevant information for managing signed instruments. * Support measurement processes from an administrative perspective, organizing documents, controls, evidence, historical records, approvals, and other necessary records for proper monitoring of the measurement and payment workflow. * Monitor requests for amendments, adjustments, scope revisions, rebalancing, claims, and other contractual changes, ensuring information control, internal processing, and documentary traceability of such requests. * Control schedules, spreadsheets, validity period maps, pending item lists, contractual histories, indicators, and other monitoring tools used by the area. * Support issuance, organization, and control of contractual notifications, formal communications, non-compliance reports, records of contractual non-conformities, and other documents related to management of signed instruments. * Interface with requesting, technical, operational, legal, financial, controller, planning and control, and other related departments to align information, resolve pending items, and support contract execution. * Monitor documentary pending items, obligation expiration dates, approval statuses, scheduled deliveries, points of attention, and other topics impacting regular contract monitoring under one's responsibility. * Support organization and updating of physical and electronic departmental archives, ensuring integrity, traceability, and easy retrieval of contractual documents and records. * Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, presentations, internal controls, dashboards, and managerial materials related to the concessionaire's contract monitoring. * Monitor area indicators, such as active contracts, contracts nearing expiration, documentary pending items, amendment processing time, measurement status, open obligations, and other metrics relevant to contract control. * Identify inconsistencies, risks, process weaknesses, control failures, and improvement opportunities in the concessionaire's contract management, proposing corrective actions and enhancements to area workflows. * Support audits, compliance processes, internal and external verifications, and other activities requiring documents, records, evidence, and information related to contract administration. * Contribute to standardization of workflows, control instruments, records, and administrative practices within the area, promoting greater efficiency, organization, and contractual governance. * Ensure that processes under one's responsibility comply with internal policies, governance workflows, compliance requirements, internal controls, and the concessionaire's guidelines. Act in accordance with internal policies, compliance standards, corporate guidelines, and applicable SGI procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Business Management, or related fields. Desirable: Specialized courses, training programs, or certifications in Contract Management, Contract Administration, Compliance, Controller Functions, Governance, or related areas. * Minimum of 02 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, documentary control, measurements, administrative contract support, or related activities. * Desirable experience in monitoring validity periods, amendments, adjustments, contractual documents, notifications, and administrative contract controls. * Desirable experience in infrastructure, concession, transportation, logistics, construction, energy, sanitation, or sectors involving complex contracts with multiple internal interfaces. Desirable: Experience supporting technical, operational, legal, financial, and administrative departments in monitoring contractual execution. * Experience in contract administration, including lifecycle contract control covering validity periods, amendments, adjustments, measurements, and closures. Knowledge of documentary governance, compliance, risk management, managerial indicators, and integration with departments such as Legal, Finance, and Controller. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with ERP systems, contract management systems, and document platforms.
