Development of Machine Learning and GenAI solutions Lead the corporate strategy for Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning), transforming the organization into a Data\-Driven model to drive operational efficiency, revenue generation, cost reduction, and sustainable competitive advantage. Responsible for structuring and scaling end\-to\-end data capabilities — from governance to monetization — ensuring measurable ROI, analytical maturity, and direct business impact. **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategy \& Transformation * Define and execute the Corporate Data \& AI Strategy aligned with the company’s strategic planning. * Structure and lead the Data \& AI Office / Center of Excellence (CoE). * Build a multi\-year, value\-driven digital transformation roadmap (value\-based prioritization). * Manage CAPEX/OPEX portfolio with accountability for ROI. Governance \& Architecture * Implement a robust Data Governance model (DAMA\-DMBOK based). * Ensure data quality, security, compliance (LGPD), and integrity across corporate data assets. * Lead modern data architecture (Data Lake, Lakehouse, ETL/ELT, Big Data, Cloud). * Structure Data Mesh or decentralized models where applicable. Analytics \& BI * Democratize access to information through platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalents. * Deploy predictive and prescriptive models focused on supply chain, commercial, pricing, and operations. * Implement frameworks for measuring analytical value (Analytics Value Tracking). Artificial Intelligence \& GenAI * Develop and scale Machine Learning, AutoML, and GenAI solutions in parallel with Hyperautomation teams and multidisciplinary squads. * Structure an AI Factory with governance, MLOps, and continuous monitoring. * Implement Digital Twins, advanced Forecasting, and algorithmic optimization. * Ensure ethics, explainability, and mitigation of algorithmic risks. Leadership \& Culture * Lead high\-performance teams (\+20 to \+40 people). * Develop data and AI upskilling paths in partnership with the automation team. * Influence C\-Level executives and strategic stakeholders. * Build a data\-driven culture and evidence\-based decision\-making.
