We seek a strategic, organized, and solution-oriented professional to manage our clients’ financial routines and optimize our internal processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities and Responsibilities: **** * **Operations Management:** Supervise the complete financial routine of Aceleraí’s clients; * **Strategic Billing:** Validate billing and issuance of invoices, ensuring healthy cash flow; * **Relationship Management:** Mediate high-level client relationships; * **Financial Control:** Rigorously monitor accounts payable and receivable deadlines (Cash Flow); * **Management Support:** Act as the executive team's right hand in operational requests and strategic analyses for decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: **** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * **Excel:** Advanced proficiency (essential for reports and data analysis); * **Experience:** Prior experience in leadership or supervision of financial teams/processes; * **Profile:** Impeccable organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal communication. **Preferred Qualification:** Practical knowledge of the **ERP Omie** platform. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Partnership with Gympass/TotalPass; * Partnership with Vittude; * Extended maternity and paternity leave (6 months for mothers, 1 month for fathers); * Bradesco Health and Dental Plan.
