Results-oriented focus and continuous improvement KITE Têxtil seeks a **Commercial Intelligence Coordinator** to strategically support the Commercial Management, focusing on performance analysis, sales team efficiency, KPI management, and results tracking. Responsible for transforming data into practical guidance, monitoring strategy execution, and supporting commercial decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate strategically with the Commercial Management to identify gaps, opportunities, and structure action plans. * Lead and manage the Commercial Intelligence team, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely delivery. * Monitor sales and productivity KPIs (average transaction value, cancellations, portfolio coverage, pipeline, inactive customers, product mix, among others). * Conduct performance analyses and weekly meetings with sales representatives for follow-up and action planning. * Prepare and present managerial reports and diagnostics to management and the executive board. * Manage targets, incentives, PPL, and results dashboards. * Develop market share analyses, market studies, competitive analysis, and expansion opportunity assessments. * Ensure governance, standardization, and quality of commercial data (ERP/CRM). * Actively participate in commercial meetings, weekly and monthly closings. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate qualification is a plus). * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP knowledge. * Experience in Commercial Intelligence, BI, Planning, or Commercial Performance. * Strong experience in KPI analysis and sales routines. * Analytical, organized, communicative profile with strong prioritization skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CRM, pipeline management, and prospecting. * Experience in target-driven environments with incentive programs and commercial campaigns. * Advanced Power BI and Excel skills. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strategic vision with agile execution. * Results orientation and sense of urgency. * Leadership ability and autonomy. * Continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset.
