Every day brings an opportunity to do something new — and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** The hired individual will support production process control and equipment operation, identifying defects and anomalies to ensure production remains aligned with planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the production process, assisting with necessary interventions to detect potential failures, prevent machine jams, and ensure material flow capacity within equipment. * Support field equipment inspections, following specific checklists to keep equipment clean and perform minor maintenance, ensuring proper functionality. * Operate low-complexity machines on production lines to maintain process continuity and contribute to achieving planned results. * Support material inventory control to maintain minimum stock levels required for uninterrupted production. * Perform scale measurements to ensure accuracy in inventory control. * Collect raw material and input samples for Quality Control to conduct appropriate analyses and assess material quality levels. * Complete equipment checklists based on observed component wear, flagging maintenance needs, reporting failures, and requesting repairs to keep equipment in optimal condition. * Conduct preliminary risk analysis, listing and requesting required authorizations for critical activity execution. * Maintain workplace cleanliness to prevent contamination during production. * Complete operational reports with clear and objective shift performance information to document incidents for managerial review. * Perform material and product loading/unloading to maintain area organization and support transportation and disposition. * Operate mobile machinery to transport and organize materials and products within the area. * Feed production machines either via equipment operation or manual processes to sustain operation and help achieve established targets. * Operate secondary transport equipment panels to move materials and products inside the factory, supporting interconnected process execution. * Notify the central control panel of operational condition changes and carry out procedures requested by the central panel operator to prevent process deviations. * Carry out all tasks in accordance with predefined safety, quality, and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** Completed High School **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
