Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, assembly and sanitation, sample collection, and execution of related tasks, following supervisory instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on hygiene and food safety Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your direct supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in assembly, sanitize and prepare leafy greens, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5\. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock foods, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of your direct supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, as well as apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements** * Availability for a 6x1 rotating schedule (08:00 to 16:20\) * Residence in the ABC region (preference for Mauá or Santo André) Desired Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with personal protective equipment usage, cleaning machinery, good interpersonal relationships with team members and supervisors, dynamic and proactive attitude.
