Maintaining a clean and organized workplace We have an opportunity available for Production Assistant CLT (Permanent) **Salary:** R$ 2\.085,93 **Benefits:** Breakfast, Transportation Allowance, Profit Sharing, Life Insurance, Meal Allowance of R$ 372.00 (after 3 months of experience, increases to R$ 472.00), Amil Health Insurance, and Amil Dental Insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48 **Location:** Independência, São Bernardo do Campo **Responsibilities:** Plans activities by reviewing work orders. Assembles forms and molds, organizing, cleaning, and lubricating them. Doses the concrete mix and fills the forms/molds with it. Molds concrete parts, compacting the mix using a vibrating table. Shapes parts manually or mechanically, screeding and smoothing molded parts. Performs finishing on concrete parts, sanding them and removing burrs. Finishes parts and cladding panels according to technical specifications and project requirements. Identifies defects—such as voids and cracks—and assesses possible corrections. Performs necessary repairs to ensure parts achieve a high-quality finish.
