Export Sr Analyst

Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing importers' orders, coordinating alignment between importing countries and production, and monitoring export KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Order administration for importers and management of international alignment. 2. Monitoring of new products and management of export KPIs. 3. Support to the execution team and point of contact for international projects. **Responsibilities:** * Manages importers' orders through the Dragon system (order-taking process) * Manages and leads alignment meetings between importing countries and production to define volume allocation \- month-by-month and projected for the current and next fiscal year * Coordinates with the plant team on the start of production for new products, ensuring adherence to system registration deadlines and timely order submission to importers * Monitors, updates, and manages improvements in the BI dashboard tracking export KPIs * Supports the export execution team * Plans volume forecasts (Carflow) for importing countries * Serves as point of contact for projects and reporting to NML (Japan) and regional offices (Mexico/Argentina) **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in international trade, business administration, engineering, or related fields. **Language:** * Advanced English (mandatory) * Spanish desirable **Experience:** * Experience in export operations preferred * Experience in the automotive industry / dealership network * Experience in export execution * Project management experience **Location** * São Paulo São Paulo São Paulo Brazil
