Conduct workshops, audits, performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting governance, traceability, and multidisciplinary integration across areas such as systems, civil, signaling, telecommunications, rolling stock, PMO, and environment. Also responsible for supporting change management, dissemination of lessons learned, organization of gate reviews, and strengthening lean culture and operational excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Telecommunications, or related fields). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook). Experience in large-scale engineering projects, preferably in metro-rail or aerospace sectors—covering project phases including design, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, validation, and approval. Knowledge of interface management, requirement traceability, change management, and integration processes for large-scale projects (including systems). Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings; Familiarity with applicable standards, including CENELEC and ISO, and process development. Proficiency in Office tools, BI tools, process modeling software, and others. Strong facilitation and multidisciplinary team leadership skills.
