To help us build a safer world, we are seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating data extractions from diverse sources, aiming to produce reports and analyses for the company’s business areas, while supporting the platforms and tools comprising the company’s reporting and data extraction infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the development and continuous evolution of strategic and operational dashboards, integrating multiple data sources (local and regional) to support executive decision-making. * Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of reporting processes, proposing and implementing scalable solutions that reduce rework and increase analytical efficiency. * Conduct in-depth analyses of operational KPIs and call center performance metrics, anticipating deviations, risks, and opportunities, and generating actionable recommendations for business areas. * Plan and execute advanced forecasting models (call volume forecasts) on weekly and monthly bases, considering multiple variables (seasonality, campaigns, strategic changes, etc.). * Ensure data governance and integrity within reports by executing robust quality controls and proactively resolving inconsistencies. * Act as an internal consultant for Operations, Quality, and Customer Support teams, supporting the translation of business needs into effective data solutions. * Coordinate and take ownership of strategic deliverables in regional forums, actively participating in meetings with stakeholders across Latin American countries. * Develop technical and functional documentation for implemented data projects. * Apply practical experience in call center planning, with mastery of concepts such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Service Level, SLA, Abandonment Rate, and Agent Occupancy to design operational staffing plans and schedules. * Serve as a continuous improvement agent, proposing data-driven strategic initiatives to optimize resources, enhance performance, and drive operational and commercial results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** * Experience with SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis. * Knowledge of relational and analytical databases, such as PostgreSQL, StarRocks, or similar. * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or Apache Superset. * Proficiency in Python for data analysis, processing, and automation. * Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and indicator development. * Knowledge of pipeline orchestrators, such as Apache Airflow, Prefect, or equivalent tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, dbt, Git, and best practices in documentation. * Experience with APIs, data quality, and pipeline monitoring. * Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, dbt, or Google Data Analytics. * Ability to translate business requirements into analyses, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. * Intermediate Spanish for participation in meetings and alignment sessions with Latin American teams. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance (private room accommodation) * Healthtech platform — Dr. Alper * Dental plan * Pharmacy allowance * TotalPass: gym network membership * Study allowance (subject to specific application rules, okay!?) * Career development opportunities: online learning and corporate education programs. * Partnerships with educational institutions offering course discounts * Quality of Life Program — Qualituran **Join the Ituran Team** ---------------------------- We recognize that all innovation can only be driven by people.
