**Position Objective**
Execute and lead internal audit engagements focused on risk, controls, and business value creation, contributing to strengthened corporate governance and continuous process improvement across all group units.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and execute internal audits (operational, financial, and compliance) based on risk
* Lead medium-complexity audits, including scope definition, testing, and conclusion
* Map processes and identify risks, control deficiencies, and improvement opportunities
* Prepare clear, objective, and action-oriented executive reports (targeted at management/board level)
* Monitor action plans and ensure follow-up on recommendations
* Support the development and updating of the Risk-Based Annual Audit Plan (RAAP)
* Act as a business partner with a consultative mindset
* Apply data analytics techniques for audit testing
* Ensure adherence to standards and best practices (IIA, COSO, ISO, etc.)
* Contribute to the development of junior and staff auditors
**Scope of Work**
* Field operations (e.g., construction sites, concessions, operational services)
* Contracts and measurements
* Supply chain and suppliers
* Revenue and billing
* CAPEX and engineering projects
* Regulatory and environmental compliance
* Financial controls and corporate processes
Mandatory Requirements
* Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering,
* Economics or related fields)
* Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in Internal or External Audit (Big4 experience is a plus)
* Experience conducting risk-based audits
* Knowledge of process mapping and control testing
* Advanced Excel proficiency
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Hands-on approach
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in infrastructure, concession, engineering, or service companies
* Certifications: CIA, CCSA, CRMA, CRC or similar
* Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, ACL, IDEA,
* SQL)
* Intermediate or advanced English proficiency
* Experience in multi-company environments / corporate groups
Compensation: R$6.948,74 - R$7.643,60 per month
