




Description: WHAT IS ESSENTIAL TO STAND OUT * Completed undergraduate degree; * Basic/Intermediate Excel skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Preferably 3–4 years of experience in this role and 2–3 years in previous roles within the career path; * Technical course in Occupational Safety; * Alignment with our core values. * Transparency * Organization * Respect * Resilience * Agility WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE * Occupational Health and Safety Diagnosis: Conduct qualitative assessments to identify irregularities in workplace environments, propose corrective measures, and inform managers of necessary actions for regulatory compliance. * Educational Initiatives: Develop and implement occupational health and safety educational initiatives—such as PowerPoint presentations, informational bulletins, and individual counseling—aligned with the Ministry of Labor’s Regulatory Standards. * Accident Investigation: Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents through technical inspections and specialized tools, identifying root causes and proposing action plans to prevent recurrence. * Development of Occupational Health and Safety Programs: Design, monitor, and revise safety programs—including the PPRA (Program for Prevention of Environmental Risks, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative assessments) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program, developed in partnership with specialized clinics)—in compliance with legal requirements. * Monitoring of Preventive Actions: Track implementation of preventive measures to ensure the health and physical integrity of employees, in accordance with Regulatory Standards No. 7 and No. 9. * Fire Prevention and Suppression: Develop and implement fire prevention plans, including fire brigade training and corrective actions based on simulations and technical evaluations. * Technical Communication and Documentation: Disseminate bulletins, organize simulation exercises, prepare and maintain technical documentation per legal requirements, and liaise with competent public authorities. * Legal Compliance: Establish preventive mechanisms aligned with regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor, state decrees, and technical instructions from the São Paulo State Fire Department. * Related Activities: Perform other duties related to this position, as directed by leadership. 2512150202201537903
