Direct interface with clients and technical support to the team We would like to request the opening of a new position for a **Senior Occupational Safety Technician**, aiming to reinforce the technical team due to increasing operational demands and the complexity of current projects in the sector. We seek a professional with market expertise and a consultative profile, capable of operating both strategically and operationally—particularly in activities related to more complex OSH technical documentation. Additionally, the candidate must be available to: * Conduct technical visits to high-complexity clients, primarily in the São Paulo region; * Engage directly with clients, ensuring technical alignment and delivery quality; * Provide technical support to the team, contributing to document reviews and more strategic guidance. We are looking for a **Senior Occupational Safety Technician** to work in consulting, with a consultative profile, strategic vision, and strong technical expertise in OSH. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation, review, and management of legal documents: Risk Assessment Program (PGR), Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT), Insalubrity and Hazardousness Reports * Consultative engagement with clients, including regulatory interpretation and technical guidance * Investigation of accidents and incidents, issuance of Accident Communication Forms (CAT), and root cause analysis * Planning and delivery of mandatory training in accordance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Configuration of OSH events in the SOC system (S\-2210, S\-2220, and S\-2240\) * Conducting field technical inspections and audits * Preparation of technical reports and follow-up on action plans * Direct interface with clients and technical support to the team **✅ Requirements** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety * Solid experience in OSH, preferably in consulting * Proficiency in Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Knowledge of eSocial (OSH-related events) * Experience with the SOC system * Strong communication skills, organization, and analytical mindset * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing multiple clients * Experience in OSH audits and implementation of OSH processes Proactive profile, focused on solutions and consultative service Minimum Education: Technical Course * CO * TOTAL PASS * CM * VT * VA * VR
