YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Perform technical analyses and fault diagnostics on power tools (e.g., drills, sanders, rotary hammers, etc.); Carry out repairs, part replacements, and adjustments following defined technical procedures; Conduct functional tests to ensure quality prior to equipment release; Perform cleaning, component washing, and workstation organization; Record all maintenance information in the system; Support operational routines related to tool dispatch and receipt. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU (REQUIREMENTS) Technical education or vocational training in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering; Prior experience in technical support; Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers and multimeters); Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems; Ability to diagnose and repair equipment; Experience in industrial or production environments handling high-volume demands; Preferred: SAP system knowledge.
