Culture of continuous development and growth with career advancement opportunities. **What We’re Looking For:** A Mid/Senior-level professional experienced in **(Golang/AWS).** **Requirements:** * Golang (advanced level); * Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and REST API development; * AWS expertise (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, EKS), Kubernetes, Docker, orchestration, and autoscaling (HPA); * Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB; * Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS; * CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, ArgoCD; * Observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, Instana, Dynatrace, or OpenTelemetry. **Desirable:** * Experience with Stackspot; * AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Developer certifications. **Differentiators:** * AWS Certified Data Analytics or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification. **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a candidate who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is capable and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling challenging and **innovative** technological scenarios.
