Job Summary: The Senior DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer will serve as the technical reference for the platform, defining architecture, standards, and best practices, and leading the evolution of the Platform Engineering / SRE domain. Building and evolving the Platform Engineering / SRE domain **Senior DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer (1 position)** **Job Title** **Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer \| Kubernetes \| OCI \| GitOps \| SRE** **Job Objective** To be the **technical reference for the platform**, defining architecture, standards, SLAs, and best practices, collaborating with the Technical Head on the **building and evolution of the Platform Engineering / SRE domain**. **Responsibilities** * Define and evolve platform architecture * Provide technical leadership for Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GitOps * Define observability, reliability, and resilience standards * Support critical incidents (Level 3\) * Act as a technical mentor for the team * Support tooling decisions (current and future) * Serve as the technical interface with security, infrastructure, and product teams **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * Strong experience with: * Kubernetes in production * CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar) * GitOps * Cloud (preferably **OCI – Oracle Cloud Infrastructure**) * Experience with advanced troubleshooting * Solid observability knowledge * Knowledge of security in cloud-native environments **Strong Differentiators** * SRE (SLI, SLO, Error Budget) * **Service Mesh (Istio)** * API Gateway * Advanced automation * Experience in enterprise environments **Behavioral Profile** * Technical leadership * Systemic vision * Clear communication with management * Decision-making ability **Market Range (Brazil – PJ):** 20\.000,00 Note: Senior refers to being the **technical reference and platform architect**, not merely a task executor.
