Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and organized Pre-Production Cook with experience in fast food and preparing Brazilian cuisine for daily kitchen pre-production. Key Highlights: 1. If you are agile, organized, and have experience with **fast food** as well as **preparing Brazilian cuisine**, this position is for you. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform all daily **kitchen pre\-production**: cutting, portioning, sauces, bases, seasonings, and mise en place. * Produce standardized burger shop ingredients (meats, chicken, breaded items, sauces, potatoes, seasonings, blends, among others). * Prepare Brazilian cuisine line ingredients (rice, beans, proteins, bases, broths, side dishes, and daily pre\-preparations). * Strictly follow **technical sheets**, standards, and specified weights. * Monitor expiration dates, proper storage, labeling, and organization of refrigerated chambers. * Maintain the area clean, organized, and compliant with good practice standards. * Support the kitchen team with ad-hoc tasks during the shift. * Meet productivity targets, achieve zero waste, and ensure standardization. * Complete daily check\-lists and report purchasing needs when required. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience with **Brazilian cuisine** (stovetop cooking, large pots, broths, bases, and side dishes). * Ability to follow procedures, portioning guidelines, and technical sheets. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
