Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map risks associated with new products, operations, and business initiatives. * Monitor customer portfolio performance, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Use data analysis to support decisions and enhance fraud prevention rules. * Propose new indicators, controls, dashboards, and improvements to risk management processes. * Monitor risk indicators and support strategic decision-making. * Translate business needs into analytical solutions, collaborating closely with Technology, Product, and Commercial teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as SQL, NoSQL, and MySQL. * Proficiency in analytical programming languages like R or Python. * Knowledge of credit card products, payment fraud, and experience working at banks, finance companies, acquirers, or sub-acquirers. **Additional Information** * Familiarity with modeling and statistical techniques. * Experience in e\-commerce operations. * English and/or Spanish proficiency. * Experience in international markets, such as LATAM and EMEA. * Experience with data visualization tools like Looker and Power BI.
