This role involves significant analytical responsibilities, supporting insight generation from data, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners on decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to credit recovery; * Support identification of improvement and growth opportunities through data analysis; * Contribute analytical insights to inform growth strategy definition; * Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and evolving results; * Conduct analyses and build dashboards for performance tracking. **Requirements:** * Strong analytical ability and experience in data analysis; * Experience with tools such as Databricks (SparkSQL) and Power BI; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in credit recovery; * Background in finance or related areas; * Prior experience in growth, performance, or digital product contexts. **About the Senior Level:** In this role, we expect a professional with strong autonomy in conducting analyses and the ability to contribute meaningful insights, working collaboratively with the team while continuously developing business acumen and influence. **Qualifications** * Strong analytical ability and experience in data analysis; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. * Experience with database tools (SQL), with Databricks (SparkSQL) being a plus, and Power BI; **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
