We seek a professional to join our collections structure, with responsibilities spanning from operational to strategic levels — ranging from supporting back-office areas to defining portfolio recovery policies and targets. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Supporting other teams within the collections structure by performing support and back-office tasks (system postings, negotiation adjustments, and reversals). Ensuring process control, productivity, and high-quality standards (campaign performance measurement). Generating operational reports to monitor collections operations performance. Producing reports to monitor collections operational activities. Developing financial controls for expenses and revenues, as well as controls to validate commission and collections-related expenses. Portfolio assessment and definition of product- and collections-phase-specific strategies. Defining collection policies and strategies (negative listing, discount policy, settlement agreements, and communication strategy across the collections ladder). Setting recovery targets by product and collections phase (including third-party management). Daily generation of mailings for operational teams (internal collections). **Requirements:** Practical experience in data analysis and data manipulation (Python / SQL). Experience in establishing and monitoring collection controls and KPIs (Excel and Power BI). Knowledge of collections practices in collection agencies, banks, or finance companies. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields — Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or related disciplines.
