SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE AND SUPPORT ANALYST (Runtalent)

Description

The company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure and Support Analyst in Taboão da Serra. Runtalent is a platform that connects talents with job opportunities, focusing on optimizing the recruitment process. The company leverages technology to facilitate candidate-job matching and streamline the search process. **Responsibilities:** Technical Support and User Assistance: Serve as Level 1 and/or Level 2 support for incident and request resolution via ticketing system (Helpline). Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, and access. Ensure accurate registration, classification, updating, and closure of tickets with full traceability. Prioritize critical incidents and ensure clear communication with users. Infrastructure and Connectivity: Provide support for LAN/WAN networks, VPN, and corporate connectivity. Assist in server administration, access management, and permissions (IAM, AD, etc.). Monitor critical services and resolve availability incidents. Access and Security: Perform provisioning and review of system access (e.g., SAP, M365\). Support security practices, antivirus, firewall, and compliance requirements. User and Tool Support: Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.). Assist new users (technical onboarding, environment configuration, and access setup). Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of devices and applications. Operations and Governance: Adhere to SLAs for response and resolution times. Monitor ticket backlog and reduce pending items. Collaborate on continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and knowledge base.
