Job Summary: An engineering or architecture professional to conduct feasibility studies, analyze urban planning projects, and monitor construction execution. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of construction execution Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience in infrastructure and construction budgeting is desirable. * Registration with CREA or CAU is desirable. * Conducting feasibility studies based on Land Bank materials and information for contracting new areas; * Analyzing basic, executive, and supplementary projects of developments to ensure the Company's quality standards and project approval timelines; * Technical analysis of urban planning projects through site visits, mapping the site's physical and topographic characteristics. * Monitoring construction execution through periodic site visits to ensure adherence to approved projects and to gather field feedback for improving technical specifications of projects. 251108020218761307
