If you are a proactive professional, adaptable to change, and committed to continuous improvement, **join us**! **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze contracts and agreements signed between GrupoSC and suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement to reduce impacts on Reverse Logistics operations/processes; * Propose amendments and revisions to signed contracts and agreements, as well as supplier-established policies that may hinder Reverse Logistics processes; * Develop management reports and analytical models to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities; * Interpret performance indicators (KPIs) and propose innovative, evidence-based solutions for management; * Serve as the area’s focal point, continuously interacting with other teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and fulfillment of agreements and contracts involving Reverse Logistics, aiming to minimize operational impact; * Support and guide Junior and Pleno professionals, sharing technical knowledge and best practices; Ensure deliverables comply with internal policies and applicable external regulations. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.; * Advanced Office Suite proficiency; * Project management knowledge; * SAP or related systems knowledge; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; **Work Model:** 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location:** Vila Olímpia We are **GrupoSC**: the extension of the industry, delivering customer solutions focused on patients and consumers, formed by major brands such as SantaCruz, Panpharma, and Oncoprod.
