Job Summary: Operational PM&I Analyst responsible for supporting, evolving, and optimizing implemented solutions, providing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement to clients. Key Highlights: 1. Support and evolution of implemented solutions 2. Support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of deliverables 3. Development of improvements and optimization of databases This analyst will be part of the operational team within **PM&I**, responsible for ensuring the support and evolution of already-implemented solutions, directly supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving client deliverables. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support completed projects, ensuring their stability and performance. * Update dashboards, reports, and other client deliverables. * Perform technical problem analysis, diagnosis, and resolution. * Develop minor enhancements and evolutions requested by clients. * Support maintenance and optimization of existing databases and processes. ### **Requirements** * Between **2 and 3 years of experience** in database analysis and development. * Knowledge of **SQL Server Development**. * Experience with **T-SQL**. * Development and maintenance of **Stored Procedures (Procedures)**. * Development and maintenance of **Triggers**. * Knowledge of data modeling (**Star Schema and Snowflake Schema**). ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)**. * Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, or similar**. * Knowledge of **SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)**. * Knowledge of **Databricks**. * Technical English. ### **Desired Competencies** * Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. *IQVIA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
