Support for preventive maintenance and device log analysis. An Information Technology company is seeking a Data Analyst in Diadema. Soditech is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation. It provides software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Monitor IoT devices and remote metering solutions, ensuring operational stability, availability, and performance. Manage incidents through the creation, tracking, and prioritization of connectivity and maintenance tickets. Conduct follow-up with internal teams and vendors to ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs. Analyze connectivity and performance failures in meters, gateways, and sensors, proposing corrective actions. Collaborate with connectivity vendors to resolve incidents on LPWAN networks (LoRaWAN, NB-IoT). Perform data extraction and analysis using tools such as SAP, Lecom, ServiceNow, and BI dashboards. Prepare reports containing operational KPIs, network performance metrics, and ticket status. Support preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and device log analysis. Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analysis Specialist, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Market Intelligence Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
