If you possess solid experience, act professionally, and are eager to contribute to strategic, large-scale projects, CTC Industrial offers a serious, challenging, and results-oriented environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Planning Technical Specialist**, your primary responsibility will be to develop, control, and optimize plans (for production, maintenance, or construction), managing resources and timelines while collaborating across multiple departments (engineering, procurement, production planning and control), identifying deviations, proposing improvements, ensuring smooth information flow, and achieving production, quality, and safety targets in accordance with CTC Industrial’s internal standards. Working alongside a team committed to excellence, you will: * Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed schedules for production, maintenance, or construction, defining sequences and deadlines. * Control and Monitoring: Track plan execution, monitor material/input usage, record inflows and outflows, and identify deviations. * Interaction and Communication: Serve as a liaison among teams (engineering, production planning and control, manufacturing, procurement, logistics), clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless information flow. * Analysis and Improvement: Analyze data, forecast scenarios, propose corrective actions and enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency. * Resource Management: Control costs, budgets, and supplies (raw materials, spare parts), and participate in team and equipment selection. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to technical and quality standards, as well as health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required qualifications include: * Completed technical education with an active professional council registration (2025 annual fee paid). * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the role. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Prior industrial experience is a plus. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** .
