We aim to introduce the new and convince consumers to embrace change for optimal results in Advertising, Digital, Data Insights, Retail, Technology, and Live Marketing. **More than selling innovation—we are experts at innovating how we sell.** **What We Seek?** We seek a professional who will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for digital operations and projects across Latin America, responsible for centralizing communications among clients, local subsidiaries, HQ, designers, and publishers—ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and delivery excellence. This role will orchestrate end\-to\-end demands, ensuring visibility, governance, and quality across all stages of the workflow (planning, execution, QA, and delivery), while also driving continuous improvements in processes and customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the focal point (SPOC) between clients, local subsidiaries, and HQ, ensuring clear, structured, and efficient communication; * Manage and oversee multiple digital project demands simultaneously, ensuring appropriate prioritization and adherence to deadlines; * Coordinate workflows in tools such as Jira, ensuring governance, data quality, and process compliance; * Lead and organize alignment rituals (status meetings, checkpoints, follow\-ups), ensuring visibility and tracking of deliverables; * Monitor execution of authoring, QA, and publishing activities, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards; * Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in processes, proactively resolving them; * Consolidate and present operational and executive reports (status, performance, KPIs, and SLAs); * Ensure documentation and standardization of processes, promoting greater operational efficiency and scalability; * Collect and translate stakeholder feedback into structured action plans; * Facilitate customer experience by fostering relationships, trust, and ongoing satisfaction; * Support strategic initiatives and regional improvements, contributing to operational evolution. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in digital project management and/or client account/client service; * Knowledge of digital production workflows (web, content, campaigns, e\-commerce, or similar); * Experience with project management tools such as Jira (a plus); * Familiarity with management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches); * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for analysis and executive reporting; * Experience with collaborative tools such as Confluence, Trello, Monday.com, or similar; * Advanced English and/or Spanish—interaction with global stakeholders / HQ **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with CMS platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) **Benefits of Being a Cheiler:** * Health and Dental Insurance. * MetLife Life Insurance. * Meal or Food Allowance (Pluxee). * Wellhub. * Maternity/Paternity Kit. * In-house Psychologist. * Discounts on universities, language schools, and partnership with Sesc. * Performance Evaluation. * Birthday Day Off. * Discounts on Samsung Products.
