We are seeking a Geotechnical Civil Engineer \- Specialist in developing real estate foundation, retaining, and earthwork projects to join the team of one of our clients — a project consultancy firm serving major clients and continuing to expand. This professional will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and technical detailing of foundations and soil-retaining structures, as well as overseeing their execution, specifically for high-complexity projects, aiming for operationally efficient and highly secure solutions. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with emphasis on Geotechnics. * Proven experience \- 10 years — in designing foundation and retaining structures for vertical real estate projects. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Geo5 or other geotechnical software. * Familiarity with Revit and Civil 3D is desirable. * Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ). * Availability to work during standard business hours. * Flexibility to work remotely and travel outside the home region for site visits.
