Carry out support activities for the operational tasks of the construction site, assisting technical and operational teams to ensure organization, cleanliness, and smooth progress of work, always adhering to safety regulations. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist construction site professionals with daily tasks. * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment. * Perform cleaning and organization of the construction site. * Support loading and unloading of materials. * Carry out minor manual tasks as directed by leadership. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Primary education (preferred). * Previous experience in this role is an advantage. * Commitment, proactivity, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to perform physical labor.
