Job Summary: We are seeking a purchaser with experience in strategic and operational procurement processes, focused on quotations, negotiation, follow-up, and KPI management to optimize cost-effectiveness. KPI management with emphasis on cost-effectiveness, deadlines, and results We are looking for a purchaser with experience in strategic and operational procurement of materials, parts, equipment, and services. Responsibilities include quotations, price comparisons, supplier negotiation, follow\-up, and KPI management within ERP/CRM systems, with focus on cost\-effectiveness, deadlines, and results. **Your main responsibilities:** * Identifying internal departmental purchasing needs; * Conducting quotations, price comparisons, and technical analysis of proposals; * Negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms; * Issuing purchase orders and tracking them through delivery and invoicing; * Proactive follow\-up to ensure timely and accurate deliveries; * Managing and evaluating supplier performance; * Monitoring cost indicators, SLAs, and market fluctuations; * Supporting procurement contract and policy management; * Participating in internal audits and implementing best practices. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement Management, or related fields); * Solid experience in procurement processes; * Knowledge of proposal analysis, negotiation, and ERP systems; * Proficiency in metrics, cost analysis, and contracts; * Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (available after 3 months of employment); * Fuel allowance: R$330.00 (car) \| R$200.00 (motorcycle or Uber); * Attendance Bonus: R$160.00/month (starting from the 2nd month, per internal rules); * Meal allowance (VA or VR): R$25.00 per day; * Total Pass; * Breakfast and afternoon coffee; * Fully equipped kitchen area for meals and rest spaces during breaks. **Working Hours:** 07:15–17:00, Monday to Friday **Location:** Eymard, Belo Horizonte \- MG **Employment Type:** CLT \| 100% On-site **Remuneration:** R$3\.000,00 Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Which neighborhood do you live in? * Do you have experience in procurement?
