ACADEMY RECEPTIONIST **Position Summary:** We are looking for a dynamic and communicative professional to be the first point of contact for our students and visitors, providing a warm and efficient reception, as well as actively participating in plan sales and facility maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * **Customer Service:** Greet, identify, and direct customers and visitors with friendliness and professionalism (in person, by phone, WhatsApp). * **Sales:** Present plans, services, and products (supplements/apparel), negotiate and close sales, and perform registrations. * **Control and Organization:** Monitor student access (turnstile), register visitors, maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area and locker rooms. * **Operational Support:** Manage class/check-up scheduling, record accesses (Gympass/Totalpass), assist in event organization, and control office supplies. * **Finance:** Assist in resolving outstanding financial matters and collections. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment is a plus). * Proven experience in customer service, preferably in gyms or retail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, management systems). * Proactivity, organization, sense of responsibility, and sales orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of physical activities and equipment. * Experience working with sales targets and commission-based compensation. **We Offer:** * Salary + Commissions. * Transportation Allowance. * Dynamic work environment focused on wellness. **How to Apply:** Send your resume to mairapanobianco@gmail.com Job Type: Part-time, Full-time CLT Pay: R$1.518,00 – R$2.366,04 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance
