Assist the pharmacist in administrative tasks **Occupation:** Pharmacist R$ **Salary Expectation** R$ 1\.692,69 **Number of Positions** 1 **Working Hours** Not specified **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) with Vocational Training **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** R$ 1\.692,69 * **Number of Positions** 1 * **Working Hours** Not specified * **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) with Vocational Training * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are accepted until **07/05/2026** ### **Job Description** \- Perform storage and dispensing routines for pharmaceutical products, as well as inventory control and maintenance of pharmaceutical products and raw materials; fulfill medical prescriptions for medications; \- Verify medical prescriptions. \- Prepare medications (fractionation). \- Check inventory, verifying batch numbers and expiration dates. \- Receive new medications and label them accordingly. \- Analyze and assess the importance of correct medication use; perform calculations related to medications used in the pharmacy; distinguish pharmaceutical forms, various nomenclatures, and other information appearing on medication packaging; identify characteristics of pharmacological groups and differentiate medications according to their pharmacological indications. \- Assist the pharmacist in administrative tasks; possess knowledge of hospital pharmacy routines, medications, and disposable materials; define and differentiate objectives of hospital pharmacy; identify pharmacy responsibilities toward patients; understand ethical principles applicable to pharmacy practice; identify operational regulations governing hospital pharmacies. \- Record document and prescription discharges; dispense medications and related items; control inventory of supplies, medications, and related items, considering rational product storage; assemble surgical center medication kits. \- Document activities and procedures; record inventory inflows and outflows; log ambient temperature and humidity; list routine maintenance tasks; record quality control data; list expired products; monitor storage conditions and expiration dates; document medication dispensing; separate medications in the hospital pharmacy; verify and organize documentation related to production, control, and storage with a strategic perspective \- quality assurance. \- Perform routine maintenance; sanitize hospital pharmacy equipment and utensils; request preventive and corrective equipment maintenance; forward contaminated materials for disposal; control pharmacy inventory; verify raw materials; store raw materials and packaging; replenish raw materials and packaging; place orders; restock medications and verify packaging; forward expired products to competent authorities; monitor equipment and ambient temperatures. \- Implement biosafety measures to prevent cross-contamination and other adverse events; provide the pharmacist with information regarding possible adverse drug reactions and other adverse events, supporting pharmacovigilance activities. \- Identify the structure and organization of the current health system; operate field-specific equipment while ensuring its maintenance; promote sanitation of the pharmaceutical environment; package and verify medications per pharmacist instructions. \- Identify major medication dispensing systems, and recognize and interpret legislation regulating pharmacy practice, sanitary surveillance requirements, and user rights. \- Work in accordance with good dispensing practices; use personal protective equipment; apply personal safety and hygiene techniques; segregate materials for disposal; follow standard operating procedures; meet established deadlines. \- Use pharmaceutical and medical terminology, abbreviations, and symbols correctly, as commonly employed in medication control, prescription, and dispensing procedures. ### **Prerequisites** Completed Pharmacy Technician training ### **Benefits** On-site meals Applications for this opportunity are accepted until **07/05/2026** #### **About the Company** The Hospital Maternidade Therezinha de Jesus Association (HMTJ) was established on December 1, 1926, and inaugurated on January 1, 1927\.
