




We are seeking an **Administrative Manager** to oversee operational and administrative management, ensuring organization, safety, process efficiency, and compliance with institutional regulations. You will maintain the unit’s smooth operation and support staff, clients, and leadership. **Responsibilities:** * Manage administrative routines, staff schedules, timekeeping, and unit documentation; * Supervise staff and ensure compliance with internal policies; * Control inventory, assets, maintenance, and environmental organization; * Collaborate with HR to manage onboarding, offboarding, and team integration processes; * Assist clients with service guidance and document signing; * Attend meetings and report information to leadership. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and systemic perspective; * Proficiency in team and process management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in management-related fields; * Experience in clinics, healthcare institutions, or educational organizations; * Familiarity with administrative performance indicators and controls.
