




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing a variety of meals, including baking, cooking, frying, and grilling, as well as controlling portions, seasoning, and ensuring workplace hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and cooking of meals for various diets and audiences. 2. Portion control and quality assurance of culinary preparations. 3. Maintenance of hygiene and organization in the workplace. PREPARE, IN GENERAL, BAKE, COOK, FRY AND/OR GRILL MEALS SCHEDULED FOR BREAKFAST, MORNING SNACK, AFTERNOON SNACK, LUNCH, DINNER AND SUPPER FOR STAFF, DAYCARE, AND DIETS. PERFORM COUNTING OF SIDES AND PROTEINS; SEASON PREPARATIONS TO BE BREADED; WEIGH AND RECORD THE WEIGHTS OF COOKING VESSELS CONTAINING PREPARATIONS.
