Count, weigh, and label supplies according to the service requested on the map/requisition; handle prepared meats (skewers/medallions/rolls, etc.). Grind meats, pound steaks, slice cold cuts and bacon using machinery. Receive, unload, and store supplies, organizing them in designated locations. Sort grains. Assist in loading and unloading supplies onto internal and external route vehicles.
