Collect and analyze information in partnership with involved departments, identifying alternatives for correct and accurate execution of procedures, aiming at operational excellence and maintenance of quality standards. #### **Requirements** * #### **Education** Bachelor's degree in food engineering, production engineering, administration, or related fields. * #### **Skills** Knowledge of slaughter, poultry processing, and current sanitary regulations.
